Are you a boss of Alexa, and tired of calling Alexa, the smart
personal assistant to accomplish tasks? Alexa is not the name of the smart
cylindrical speaker. But Echo acts in response to the word ‘Alexa.’ This is a
wake-up word which activates your personal assistant Amazon Echo. When you call
that wake-up word, it can pick it up across the room and respond.
If you have more than one Alexa in your house and it creates
confusion, then this is a good idea to change the name.
